Welcome to the website of the O'Fallon Veterans' Monument Association, Inc--a group of O'Fallon citizens
who spearheaded the erection of a monument recognizing those O'Fallon area citizens who have honorably
served in the armed forces of the United States. The monument is located on the south side of Wesley Drive,
just northwest of the O'Fallon Safety Center (new police station) on North Seven Hills Road. The street
address is 737 E. Wesley Drive. Parking, including handicap spaces, is available at the site.
Veterans eligible to have their names engraved on the monument are those men and women who have been
honorably discharged from the armed forces of the United States and have lived at any time in their lives
within the boundaries of O'Fallon Township High School District No. 203.
The monument is an ongoing project. New names will be added twice each year. Those received between
March 1 and August 31 will be added in time for Veterans Day. Those received between September 1 and
February 28/29 will be added in time for Memorial Day. Those names will also be immediately posted to this
website as they are processed. Applications are available by clicking on the "Application" link below the
waving flag. The cost is $100 per name. Our mailing address is O'Fallon Veterans' Monument Assn., PO Box
